Damron's Montana Update

Our first month on the road in Montana is now history. God has done some wonderful works of edification and encouragement in our lives and we believe also in the churches we have visited.

Our last stop in eastern Montana was at Prairie Baptist Church in Terry, MT. (So we were able to go back and stay with our dear friends at Teske Farms!) The five pews in this little church were almost packed, believe it or not! We set up Alan’s Mac and small speakers to play our background music and it worked fine for this set up.

There were several lively children in the services and the train whistles were perfectly timed during the music service! But, the message was clear and received with open hearts. This is a part-time field and Bro. John and his wife Jean come in on weekends to minister here. Pray for the Lord to bless and work in spite of the limitations they face.

July is now upon us! We praise the Lord for providing open doors and trust him for August and September… Keep praying!

1. Spiritual Fruit – although plenty of seed is being planted, we still desire to see people come to a saving knowledge of Jesus Christ! But, we know that is God’s doing, we are only to plant, hoe, water, and then harvest what He matures…
2. Trailer problems-need axle repair or alignment and two new tires on trailer (as we were formulating this email we got a call from a dear friend who insists on buying the tires for us. PTL!) But we have an appointment in the morning to find out about the axle—so pray it only needs alignment and will be cost effective.
3. July Schedule and Ministry:
a. July 5 West Valley Chapel, Haugan MT (pulpit supply)
b. July 12 West Valley Chapel, Haugan MT (pulpit supply)
c. July 19-21 Baptist Mountain Church, Noxon (Revival)
d. July 26-29 Troy Community Baptist Church, Troy (Revival)
4. August & September Schedules are still open, so please pray for God to open these doors for ministry…

These are just a few things we are BELIEVING God for. What are YOU believing God for these days? Join with us in believing God for souls.

If you get a chance, come on up, the weather is nice and pleasant!
